Although it's next to the road there are no neighbouring houses and so the other three aspects of the property look onto fields and, at the back, the river Deva.

The apartment is on the ground floor and Ángel lives above on the 1st floor. The house is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and a vegetable plot (from which the owner is very generous!)
